We know it is it's never too late to break a habit. Habits are Built up throughout our whole life, but we also know that the best way to change a habit is to understand its structure — The root of its beginnings is the main component as to why the habit was formed in the first place. Knowing why the habit was formed can be instrumental in finding out how the same habit can be broken. The knowing of why will help one unravel the habit by seeing each individual root cause of the problem which extends to the core of the issue. Once the core of the issue is found then the fix will extend to all parts simultaneously to the whole fixing the entirety.
